Macks Creek has been playing the rock classics of yesteryear since 1973 and throughout the many musician changes, the music from these current veteran musicians still recreates those classic sounds. From Santana to Joe Cocker, The Allmans to The Doobies, ZZ Top to Skynyrd, these guys know how to lay down the classics with great vocals and superb musicianship. DB VOCALS, ACOUSTIC GUITAR, PERCUSSION An original member of Macks Creek, DB has been entertaining audiences with his powerful vocals with Macks Creek and Doubletake. TOM DENMAN VOCALS, KEYBOARDS, PERCUSSION Another original member, Tom has taken many roads with his talents, playing with Chicago Fire, Zane Grey, The Pride, Mama's Pride, and back with Macks Creek, where it all began. Terrific lead and background vocals, combined with flawless keyboard licks prove Tom to be one of St. Louis' finer musicians. RICHIE DANIELS VOCALS, ELECTRIC GUITAR One of the finest lead guitar players in all of St. Louis. You may remember seeing Richie in groups like The Facts Of Life, USA, Griffin, The Blast, & The Well Hungarians. Nowadays, Richie contributes his talents to many musical projects. Aside from being a main contributor to Macks Creek, he is performing with Danny Liston, Destiny's Child, and Fantasy. WILLIE McCOWN VOCALS, ACOUSTIC & ELECTRIC GUITARS Will is a veteran guitar player with years of playing in the St. Louis scene. Starting with Hot Ash, The Barking Spyderz (Great name, eh?!) and most recently part of the popular trio Double Take w/ Dave, Willie adds solid guitar & bass guitar to the group. TOM WEHMER BASS GUITAR, CONGAS If you name any a genre for music, Tom has experienced it. T-Dub holds a BA in Music from UMSL. He has been involved in performing with The St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, as well as such venues as The Playboy Club, The Ritz Carlton, Six Flags Over Mid-America, and touring Ireland & England performing in the production of Bye Bye Birdie. RICH WEEDMAN VOCALS, DRUMS, PERCUSSION Rich has been one of the area's top session drummers, on staff at Heartbeat Recording Studio. During the 80's, he was often involved with several "house gigs"during the Urban Cowboy era. Playing with Green Eggs & Hamm until joining Macks Creek, Rich is the solid heartbeat behind the sounds of The Creek. |
